Attorney Menina Kocher

Attorney Menina Kocher joined our firm in 2019. She has over ten years experience in the real estate field – spanning a variety of regional markets. She conducts closings throughout Massachusetts, as well as performs extensive contract negotiations and undertakes title curative matters. She is familiar with all aspects of our industry, covering all residential and commercial needs. Her expertise includes analyzing and resolving complex title clams for insured owners and lenders, as well as representing owners, mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of litigation - from initial title search and foreclosure complaint, mechanic’s liens, evictions, to property sale. She has great insight into the industry as a whole, including standard purchases and sales, deeds in lieu, short sales, REO sales and evictions. Attorney Menina Kocher is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Florida.
